Grenache Blanc
This 100% Grenache Blanc was crafted with grapes grown from an award-winning vineyard in El Pomar District, Templeton. The grapes were hand-harvested & hand-sorted before fermentation in neutral French oak. With a great floral aroma, the body is well-balanced with acidity and fruitiness, and delivers notes of green apple, apricot and pear. Suggested pairings include Brie cheese, sushi, broiled lobster, grilled cod and roasted lamb with herb seasoning.

Albariño
An exquisitely refreshing white wine with lush stone fruit aromas, a dry palate with hints of grapefruit and tangerine, and a crisp, acidic profile. Handpicked during the cool nighttime hours, these select grapes ferment in neutral French oak, achieving a harmonious blend of tradition and elegance.
Perfect to enjoy on a warm day, and it pairs exceptionally well with fish and seafood. Also try with lighter meats, cheeses and greens.

Picpoul Blanc
Known as “lip stinger”, the baked lemon and citrusy tastes of Picpoul Blanc dance playfully on your tongue. Bright flavors of grapefruit and honeydew melon with the crisp aromas of lemon and pineapple. These spectacular grapes were grown in Templeton’s El Pomar District and carefully hand-harvested.
Suggested food pairings are ceviche, calamari with fresh lemon, sushi, chicken piccata and pasta with Pesto Genovese sauce.

Crisp on the palate, mouthwatering flavors of pink grapefruit, raspberry and roses lead to smooth finish. The grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted before fermentation in neutral French oak.
Perfect to enjoy on a warm day, and it pairs well with charcuterie, crostini, pork barbecue and spicy duck and charred Romain salad.

Excellent Zinfandel aged in French oak barrels for 34 months. With a beautiful dark purple color and graceful fruit-forward aroma, the delightful flavors of raspberry, blackberry, cherry and black pepper spread in your mouth.
This delicious wine pairs well with prosciutto-wrapped prunes, black bean chili, pizza, pasta with meaty tomato sauce, and BBQ baby back ribs.

Beautifully crafted from hand-harvested, lovingly-grown, estate cabernet sauvignon grapes, this spectacular wine was fermented in 20% new French oak barrels for 20 months. Layers of blueberry and raspberry bring fruity notes to the fold.
Suggested food pairings include prime rib, filet mignon, roasted lamb shank, roasted Brussel sprouts, and chocolate truffles.

2019 Dessert Wine

Created with Petite Sirah grapes late-harvested at 30.4 degrees Brix from Templeton’s El Pomar District. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 22 months.
This gorgeous dessert wine has a deep, dense color and amazing aromas of chocolate and caramel. Delicious, richly-textured flavors of rich blackberry, fig and plum are found on the palate. It will make a decadent pairing with dark chocolate.
