Beautifully crafted from hand-harvested, lovingly-grown, estate cabernet sauvignon grapes, this spectacular wine was fermented in 20% new French oak barrels for 20 months. Layers of blueberry and raspberry bring fruity notes to the fold.

Suggested food pairings include prime rib, filet mignon, roasted lamb shank, roasted Brussel sprouts, and chocolate truffles.
